Buy a property in Croatia or invest with us – we are building in Vodice
We are investing in Croatia and in Vodice we are building a semi-detached house on one property and a semi-detached house and an apartment on the other. The properties are located next to each other and all the infrastructure is available.
We are owner of the property to 100% and all architectural drawings and permits are ready. This means that it is not possible to change the external appearance of properties, but it is of course possible to make changes internally if you so wish.
All houses and apartments are planned to a high standard and in modern design and have the option of building a pool. The apartment at the top of one of the semi-detached houses does not have this possibility, but a jaccuzzi or connecting solution is entirely possible. Each floor has one or two bathrooms. Large balconies (up to 40 sq m) with sea views and with at least three or four bedrooms mean that there is room for both one and two families in each house.
For those of you who are interested in buying an apartment or a house or investing together with us, we are now opening up the opportunity to join. The legal agreement is of course made through a broker and with a Notary public in Croatia.
